Port uClinux to NXP LH79525
Question Hsann writes "I want to port uclinux to NXP LH79525 microcontroller which core is ARM720T. Is it possible to port uclinux to this microcontroller? Can I disable the MMU of this processor?"

    Turning off the MMU is more a matter of not turning it on, that is easy but IMO you should use the MMU if you can. You would need a very good reason to avoid an MMU if you have one.

    As for porting, it should be fairly straight forward if you have enough RAM/Flash. If you are tight on either then it gets more involved.

    Start with something like Skyeye or the GDB/Armulator and get familiar with it the build system etc first before beginning the port.
